SmartAcc (Full Accounting System)

SmartAcc is a fully functional Accounting Software that ensures Financial Management throughout the organization. Utilizing Relational Database Principles (RDP) and unique Graphical User Interface (GUI) AccSoft is truly a user friendly Software that ensures that the user gets to actually use the software they bought.

SmartAcc is able to record and process all financial transactions of an organization in a way that opens up for the generation of reliable accurate and timely financial statement, management reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.

SmartAcc overlies a systematically designed Relational Database consisting of tables in which clearly defined and indexed keys uniquely identify record and create the basis for easy generations of queries and ad hoc reports.

Through its comprehensive Cashbook Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Ledger Listing reports SmartAcc provides the basis for Cash Flow Analysis as well as Cash Flow Projections for budgetary.

SmartAcc has full network capabilities. Since the various entities are interconnected via a Local Area Network (LAN) SmartAcc will have its Database centrally hosted. All other sub-units will then be distributed with the various necessary modules according to their needs.

Various users are able to access SmartAcc from any part of the network hence enableing them to only use the modules they have User Rights for. This possibility ensures easy sharing of resources thereby eliminating redundancy in allocation of resources in both the Central Office Location and the Separate Sites.

Sharing of Information is easy since the system is running on the same Database and Accessibility made throughout the locations. Limitations of Accessibility of Modules is made possible by allocation User Level Security and Rights Definitions and not through Physical Allocations of resources.
